Dr Atheel Badir
General Practitioner – Speaks Arabic & English
Dr Atheel Badir is a general practitioner with more than 10 years of experience , he graduated from Baghdad university in 2004 and migrated to Australia in 2009, he has had extensive training in orthopaedics and trauma, emergency and intensive care medicine before deciding to move to general practice.
Dr Badir worked in multiple places around regional Victoria from Ballarat to Mildura until he moved to Melbourne and settled in Croydon.

Dr Sunbula Shaheen
General Practitioner – Speaks Arabic, English & Turkish
Dr Shaheen graduated from the University of Baghdad in 2004 and she worked in general practice for 3 years before moving to Australia. In Australia Dr Shaheen worked mainly in the country side, she started her career in Mildura where she worked mainly in Emergency Medicine before moving to work in the town of Ouyen, she worked there as a solo GP for 2 years where she looked after the clinic, the local community hospital and the nursing homes, as well as attending the urgent care at the hospital. Dr Shaheen then moved to Torquay then Bendigo before settling here in Croydon.
Dr Shaheen has vast experience in all domains of medicine but has a particular interest in women and children’s health as well as cosmetic medicine in which she has acquired a diploma of aesthetics. Dr Shaheen is a good listener and passionate about her job and patients. In her free time she enjoys cooking, gardening, crafts and woodwork.

Dr Rashila Dangol
General Practitioner – Speaks English, Nepali and Hindi
Dr Rashila Dangol is a fellow of Royal Australian college of General Practice. She completed her GP training in Shepparton. She is interested in all aspects of general practice especially women’s Health, pediatrics, mental health, preventive Health and Chronic disease management. Dr Dangol performs Implanon insertion, removal and minor skin excisions. Dr Dangol has experience working in different hospitals and general practices in Australia since 2017.

Shilpa Parekh
Physiotherapist – English, Hindi and Gujarati
Shilpa graduated as a Physiotherapist in 2001 from a reputed University in India, later completing her Post Graduate Diploma in Physiotherapy from the prestigious University of Melbourne as a high achieving student.
Shilpa has experience working in private practice both overseas and in Australia as well as in aged care homes and the community. She is extremely passionate about the overall wellbeing of her patients and helping them to stay mobile and active.
Outside of work Shilpa loves cooking, reading books, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
